This is a limitation of our payments gateway service. If you really want/need to use your code, there are two ways:


  1. DIY — Cancel your subscription ("cancel auto-renew") and then redeem the promo code. Any promotional days will be added to what you've already paid for — you won't lose anything. Then you can re-subscribe if you wish.

  2. Contact Us — Reach out to support@lupa.app with your code. We will apply the code to your account, pause and resume the monthly charges as applicable, and make sure you get what the code promises without any overlapping payments or service interruptions.
